Relief print from 3D-printed plates, hand-bound zine

Untitled is an ongoing publishing project by Eliana Assi and Muhammad Toukhy, bringing together digital world-building, textual research, and experimental relief printing.

The project unfolds through an allegorical zine series reflecting on Palestinian cultural production and survival under systemic surveillance and occupation. Its atmospheric world is shaped by severe scarcity: water and daily light are limited, while recurring periods of “glass rain” leave its inhabitants recovering for months and years.

Toukhy creates 3D-rendered environments and digital illustrations, while Assi develops the poetic text, typography, and design hierarchy. Their integrated images and text are translated into custom 3D-printed relief blocks and manually printed, treating the publication itself as an active medium and the printing block as a translation device between digital abstraction and tactile publishing.
